Florida Ridge Villa is only 10 -15 minutes from Disney World and around 25 minutes to Universal Studios. Near Sandy Ridge there are around 10 different World class golf courses, the most famous being the Greg Norman designed course at Championsgate. Orlando airport is around 30 minutes away and Sanford around 1 hour from the property. If you are after trying to find a bargain, located 20 minutes from the property is the designer outlet and around 25 minutes is International Drive and the Florida Mall.

Within an hour of the villa you can visit the magical costline that has made Florida such a top holiday location. Why not try the golden sands of Clearwater Beach or the lively East coast of Daytona. Both are within an hour of the villa. If you want to see a rocket take off why not visit Kennedy Space Centre on the space coast.

For the petrolheads the Daytona speedway is around 50 minutes from the property. Access to all the Florida coast is easy with the villa being situated right next to the Interstate 4.
