A booking is not confirmed until a 20 % non-refundable deposit is received. To reserve the villa please complete the online booking form . Please read the Terms & Conditions before completing this form.
Prices are for Florida Ridge Villa are per week, not per person. That means each person pays from £50 / $95 per person per week! (with max occupancy)
For stays of less than 7 days a £55/ $95 cleaning surcharge will apply.
Pool and spa heating is recommended for the months of Jan - June and Oct - Dec, pool and spa heating is £14/ $23 extra per day. £100 / $160 Per week.
PAYMENTS
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer. We do accept PAYPAL however there will be a small surcharge of 3.75% to use this service. For bookings that are under 8 weeks to departure, payment is in full. Our management company can accept payment via credit card or debit cards. For all credit cards there will be a 3.75% surcharge
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of £250/$400 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay if no damage is found to the villa.
GROCERY WELCOME PACK
Grocery packs on arrival can be arranged prior to arrival (please ask at time of booking). There are generally three sizes of packs, with all the essential items you will need for your first few days of your stay. There will be a small charge for this service.
