Due to our high standards and excellent service Florida Ridge Villa is an extremely popular villa that has a lot of repeat guests, which can mean we do book up well in advance. We always advise guests to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Peak dates can book anything up to a year in advance. To see if we have your availability please check our availability calendar on the home page. We offer a strictly first come first served basis on all bookings.
Our 2012 & 2013 rates:
Low season - 6 Jan - 29 Feb , 2 Nov - 16 Dec ............£545 $995
Mid season - 29 Feb - 1 Apr, 20 Apr - 6 Jul, 20 Aug - 2 Nov...........£625 $1075
High season - 6 Jul - 24 Jul..........£650 $1115
Peak season - 1 Apr - 20 Apr, 24 Jul - 20 Aug, 16 Dec - 6 Jan..........£715 $1195
Pool and Spa heating - This is charged at £15 or $24 per day and is extra tothe above rates . Pool heating is recommended for the months of Sep - May.
All the above rates are fully inclusive costs. Our all inclusive rate includes Florida state taxes, end of stay cleaning & all villa facilities.
The following are extras that can be ordered when completing your online booking.
Guests are reminded a booking is not confirmed until receipt of the 20% deposit. To reserve the villa please complete our easy online booking form . when completing this form please ensure you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.
For stays of less than 7 days a £50/ $95 cleaning surcharge will apply.
PAYMENTS
Payment is by cheque, bank transfer or PAYPAL. We do accept credit cards via PAYPAL however there will be a small surcharge of 3.75% to use this service. For bookings that are under 12 weeks to departure, payment is in full. Our management company can accept payment via credit card or debit cards. For all credit cards there will be a 3.75% surcharge.
If required we can accept payments on a monthly basis if this suits. Please ask for further details.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of £250/ $400 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay if no damage is found to the villa on your departure.
GROCERY WELCOME PACK
Grocery packs can be pre booked at the time of booking. These include a get you in pack of the very basics (milk, butter, bread etc). Please annotate on your booking form if you would like this service. Grocery packs can be tailored to your requirement.
