Florida Ridge Villa is located in the picturesque and tranquil community of Sandy Ridge, Davenport, close to Championsgate and the Interstate 4 providing speedy access to all the major attractions.
Being only 10-15 minutes drive to DisneyWorld and 25 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios you could not be in a better location to access all the fun of the parks.
In the evenings Sandy Ridge is a tranquil and calm retreat, allowing you plenty of time to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the parks. Why not take time out and relax with friends in our south facing pool with relaxing spa jacuzzi.
About a mile away from the villa there are newly built shopping complexes with a variety of shops, pharmacies, take-outs and a Publix superstore! More shops and amenities can be found at Champions Gate about 2 miles away. There you will find a larger selection of shops, restaurants and another smaller Publix supermarket. A huge Walmart Megastore is a 10 minute drive away! There are delivery services from many of the food outlets so you can relax and not worry about the cooking.
If you are a keen golfer there are 15 golf courses close by, the nearest of these being the Greg Norman designed course, just 5 minutes away. For the shopaholics the Orlando Premium Factory Outlet, Festival Bay and Belz shopping malls are all a short drive away, and offer designer labels at incredibly low prices, so make sure you come with extra large suitcases to bag up your bargains!
Cocoa, Daytona and Clearwater are the closest beaches and all within striking distance and none more than a 75 minute drive away!
