To book the villa please complete the booking form to the right. Please E-mail us once this has been sent to confirm the booking has been received.
Once the form has been sent all we require is whether you would like pool & spa heat and if you have any other special requirements, this should be added to your E-mail.
On receipt of your booking form we then require the deposit paying, this can be paid via PAYPAL, Bank Transfer or UK/US cheque. Booking deposit is normally £125 / $175 per week unless different on your initial enquiry.
Due to the popularity of Florida Ridge Villa we always recommend booking the property as soon as possible. Unlike other owners we allow a full 7 day money back gaurantee should you wish to cancel your booking and receive your deposit back. After this period the deposit is non-refundable.
