The living room and formal dining area are adjoined to give a spacious open plan feel. For your convenience there is a downstairs powder room with toilet. There are two comfortable sofas, one which converts into a sofa bed and a separate single seat. There is a sliding patio door which leads out to the pool and deck area.

If you are after evening entertainment for the kids (or big kids in the family) there is something to suit everyone, this includes a surround sound system, large widescreen cable TV and DVD player. The villa even has many films and CD's for you to use, so you don't have to rent or bring your own. It will keep the kids entertained for hours, while you are given some time to sit back and relax by the pool.

New for 2007 is a Nintendo Wii console including many games. This has proved to be a very popular addition to the villa offering something for everyone in the family.

The villa has a wireless telephone that has FREE Unlimited international phone calls. Call your friends back home and let them know what a good time you are having!

For your convenience there is full air conditioning throughout the villa and if this is not required there are two speed ceiling fans located in each room. On your arrival our management company will pre-set the air conditioning.

The formal dining area has enough seating for up to six people, with two separate bar stools located at the adjoining breakfast bar. There is a child high chair if you need one. The dining room window has views over the pool and patio area.
