POOL AREA

Florida Ridge Villa has a large free form 24ft by 13ft pool with built in Spa (Jacuzzi). This is located at the rear of the villa. Access to the pool area is via the patio doors in the open plan living room. The spacious decking area around the pool has a covered insect mesh screen and is ideal for al-fresco dining with enough luxury furniture for 6 people. As the pool is south facing it is an ideal place to relax during the day and top up that tan before you go home, as it has maximum exposure to the sun. If you do not like the sun there is a covered porch area directly outside the patio doors, this area has a large ceiling fan for your comfort.

Around the pool is a small hedge that allows that little extra privacy from view. There are also palm trees and extra plants to give the feeling of being in a tropical paradise.

The pool has a child screen which is in accordance with state laws to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area. Pool facilities include:

• Heated pool and spa Jacuzzi 
• South facing pool deck

In the evening why not take a dip in our illuminated pool. This can be heated in the winter months.
