Rooms are decorated to superior standards and have a bright and airy feel, for your comfort there is full air conditioning throughout. All furnishings in Florida Ridge Villa have been selected with your comfort in mind and give a luxury quality contemporary feel, each room has been furnished by an interior designer and comes with its own palm theme. There are two en-suite master bedrooms with king and queen beds, two twin bedrooms that share a family size bathroom and a large queen size sofa bed in the lounge if required. For the big kids amongst you there is also a games room with Pool, Air hockey, Ping Pong and Darts.

SECURITY AND SAFETY

While you stay at Florida Ridge Villa, your safety and security are of utmost importance. The villa and pool area meet all the Florida state regulations and come fitted with Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and emergency lighting.

The Villa has a state of the art alarm system that is set each time you leave the property. The alarm is linked to the local Sheriff Office who would react if there is a break in.

We also provide a safe lock box for your use. This is free of charge and can store all of your valuables and passports.

MANAGEMENT COMPANY

For your complete peace of mind we have a professional management company on call 24 hours a day. They are there to ensure that your holiday is trouble free and in the unlikely event of a problem, can sort it out without delay.
