Florida Ridge Villais located in the picturesque and executive community of Sandy Ridge. Being only 10-15 minutes to the front entrance of Disney and 25 minutes to many more great attractions (Disney and Universal Studios), you could not ask to base yourself in a better location. In the evenings is where Sandy Ridge comes into its own, being tranquil and calm, allowing you plenty of time to relax and unwind without any other disturbances from traffic.

Nestled in between two wooded reserves, Sandy Ridge is located in a quieter less hectic part of Orlando, but is still close enough to allow you to have all the action and major attractions right on your doorstep. At the end of the street there is a play area for the younger children, with swings and slides.

10 - 15 MINUTES TO DISNEY MAGIC KINGDOM

Within a short distance of the Florida Ridge Villa is the exclusive Championsgate resort area, there you will find many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and great amenities. There is a new PUBLIX Superstore located around 1 mile from the villa selling all you will need during your stay.

If you are after doing something different you could not be better placed with a world class PGA golf course designed by Greg Norman only 5 minutes away at Champions Gate. There are in excess of 15 golf courses within a 15 mile radius of Sandy Ridge. The Orlando Premium Factory Outlet, Festival Bay and Belz shopping malls are all a short drive away, and offer designer labels at incredibly low prices.

Getting to Florida Ridge Villa could not be simpler. From Sanford and Orlando International get onto the Interstate 4 and follow it south, take the exit for Kissimmee (58). At the next junction turn left (Championsgate entrance will be on your right) and follow the road for 2-3 miles. Sandy Ridge is on the right hand side. Sanford Airport is 50 minutes and Orlando Int 30 minutes away.If you wish to travel further afield the villa is well placed with the Interstate 4 nearby, allowing you to travel to Daytona (1 and 1/2hour), Busch Gardens (1 hour) and Kennedy Space Centre (1 and 1/2 hour).
