Listed below are Florida Ridge Villa weekly rates. All prices are INCLUSIVE of Florida state taxes. All prices include cleaning charges. Please be aware that due to high demand for peak dates it is advised to reserve your holiday/vacation as soon as possible. Prices are per week, shorter stays also available.

Prices are for Florida Ridge Villa are per week, not per person. That means each person pays from £50 / $95 per person per week! (with max occupancy)
For stays of less than 7 days a £55/ $95 cleaning surcharge will apply.
Pool and spa heating is recommended for the months of Jan - June and Oct - Dec, pool and spa heating is £14/ $25extra per day. £80 / $175 Per week.
PAYMENTS
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer. We do accept PAYPAL however there will be a small surcharge of 3.5% to use this service. For bookings that are under 2 weeks to departure, payment is via our management company on arrival. Our management company can accept payment via credit card or debit cards.
